Tramp flipper's best YouTube and Instagram inspiration to follow and learn from
Tramp flippers, parkour, and free running athletes are predominately male and in the age range of 11-16 yo. They use garden trampolines to train and build confidence in how their body moves and feels. They practice the tricks before doing them.
The garden tramp global community is friendly, close and incredibly supportive, often commenting on each other’s posts with encouragement to do something new and positively critiquing with tips and advice on how to improve, do something new, safer or change things up with a bit of variety.
As an observer, I have been impressed with what I see and also keen to help share the links of the guys that deliver the most inspiration to their peers.
Recently I asked our Instagram followers who they learn from and who motivates, inspires and supports them online.
