Certainly, our largest product display with a range of trampolines and play equipment is located at 2 Currier St Breakwater, Geelong, 3219 Victoria.

(Our office is located opposite the display at 80 Tucker Street, Breakwater 3219.)

We also have GeeTramp® Trampolines set up in Sydney (Aquatic Centre) and Melbourne (Warrandyte). Please contact us for the address and details.

We allocate stock as orders are generated so that your items are held automatically.

We also offer Layby as an option, which will hold stock until fully paid and dispatched.

We can usually hold a product for 24 hours in your name without payment. Please contact us to place an item on hold.

We regularly repurchase stock.

When we know an approximate date of the stock arriving, we will update product pages to advertise the due date.

Or you can simply use the “Notify Me” button on the product request that we email/notify you when the item is back in stock.

We offer the following payment options on our website:

  • Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • AfterPay (a maximum spend of $2000 if eligible).
  • Zip Money (there is no maximum order amount)

All GeeTramp branded trampolines not only meet, but exceed Australia Standards AS 4989:2015

Yes, you can.

Yes, you can arrange your own independent courier. We will work in with the freight provider of choice and package on a pallet if required.

You will need to notify us when the item is to be collected and which freight company will be picking it up. Please contact us to arrange this.

Items are only released after the item has been paid for in full. 

We ship within Australia and New Zealand only. Contact us if you wish to arrange your own pick up, shipping paperwork and processing to your designated country.

We cannot ship to the US as our insurance does not cover our products there.

We use third party couriers such as Direct Freight, Mainfreight, Geelong Express and Australia Post.

We can add your delivery comments when booking the delivery, however it is up to the discretion of the driver/freight company if they call you prior to delivery.

Because of the oversize/weight of most of our products we unfortunately are unable to deliver trampolines to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address and we will deliver direct to you.

If it is a small item/part, we can post them to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post.

All products are available to layby if the total order value meets the minimum spend of $250 (this excludes delivery costs).
