These timber cubbies are ideal for kids aged 2 to 12+ years. Younger children love the enclosed feel and window play, while older kids enjoy the extra height, slides, and imaginative roleplay. Features like steps and decks also support physical development and coordination.
All models are made with durable timber designed for Australian backyards. They come either pressure-treated or pre-painted for outdoor use. For best longevity, we recommend setting them up on a level surface with good drainage, and repainting or resealing timber as needed, depending on exposure.
Most cubbies need a footprint of at least 2.5m x 2.5m, with extra clearance around slides or stairs. Some popular models are larger and elevated, so we suggest checking each product's full dimensions before purchasing. If you're short on space, we have a range to suit compacy backyards too!
