Time to Spring Clean the trampoline!
September School holidays have arrived; "Happy Holidays Kids" from all of us at Trampoline Web and Warehouse. Although Geelong, Victoria has been experiencing some good rain with flooding along the Barwon River we are set for some great Spring days ahead which are ideal for the kids to be out using their trampoline. It is also a really good and opportune time to go over the trampoline and check if for any maintenance needs.
• It could be that over Winter with minimal use the trampoline has become squeaky – a quick squirt of WD40 or similar lubricant to the springs and the joints will quieten it down for both mum and the neighbour's sakes.
• Sometimes the zip can do with a quick squirt too, as residue dust can cause it to feel a bit grainy
• Check the net pole clamps are still tight and the poles nice and upright.
• The pads may have a build-up of silt along the seams – wash with a gentle scrub with a brush will soon move it and have them looking fresh too.
