Tips to choosing the right trampoline
To choose the right trampoline you need to answer a few questions:
- What do you want the trampoline for?
If the trampoline is just for fun; a round trampoline would do.
When the trampoline is to practice gymnastics or any other sport, then a rectangle trampoline is likely a better choice as the bounce is more responsive.
For families with kids reluctant to go outside, due to all reasons including have low energy levels, struggling with childhood obesity, health issues or any special needs, ensuring the kids get the right size and bounce is paramount in getting the desired result of your kids out side bouncing happily of their own motivation. We can help.
- How much space do you have?
We have trampolines that will fit in even the smallest gardens! Measure the space you do have and include overhead space too. For 10ft upwards in size you also need 3 metres overhead clearance. Allow for at least walking space around a trampoline with a net on the outside like GeeTramp so when the kids push on the net they don’t come up against any hard surfaces.
Vuly and Plum brands both have nets on the inside of the trampoline frame so the size of the trampoline is all the area you need (although you will need space to move around to build the trampoline)
- What are the ages of your children?
It’s good to keep in mind the ages of your children but also to keep in mind that our better trampolines can last around 15 years. So if looking for a one and only trampoline for your family from toddler to teens consider specifically 12ft round GeeTramp or Vuly Lift 2 or 9x14ft rectangle as both have appeal for the broadest range of ages and are the most popular size in the two shapes.

- Can I try out a trampoline before I make my decision?
Yes! If you are near our trampoline display in Geelong, we recommend you have a bounce and try out the different styles and sizes that we have on display. Bring along the family! We have approximately 20 trampolines up at a time. The kids will have fun and you will be able to make the right decision about which trampoline is best for your family!
- When will my order arrive?
After you have paid for your item in full we will arrange for it to be shipped out of our warehouse. Metro regions will usually receive their items within 2-6 days, but NT and WA should allow between 7-10 days for their items. The couriers we use do not deliver at weekends, after hours or on public holidays.
Melbourne is typically next day delivery.
However, if you live in the Geelong region, we can often discuss and arrange with you delivery after hours or on weekends that we will do ourselves.

Rectangle Trampolines
Due to the extra bounce rectangle trampolines naturally have, they are extremely popular especially for gymnasts that want to practice their tricks and flips in their backyard. Also, they utilise the backyard space very well and seem to fit in those narrow yards a bit better.

Our round trampolines are awesome value as the shape naturally has a lot of strength, therefore you don't need such large tubing which saves on cost while remaining very strong. We have developed our trampolines over many years, and we're very proud of where they are now in terms of quality, safety, and bounce.

Interstate warehouses.
We employ a 3PL warehouse to hold some of our most popular GeeTramp branded trampolines in Sydney and Brisbane. Making shipping in and around these two cities cheaper for our customers than from Victoria.
These warehouses (known as 3pl – third party logistics) are managed by a freight company who hold and manage our stock and process orders sent through from our Geelong office. They do not take payments or have a display or have any product knowledge, all communication regarding your order is best communicated through our team in Geelong.

Geelong – same day on all in-stock items.
Sydney / Ingleburn – Order is processed through Geelong and pickup is typically available 48 hours after processing begins (10am Mon-Fri)
Queensland / Larapinta - Order is processed through Geelong and pickup is typically available 48 hours after processing begins (10am Mon-Fri)
Collection’s hours and days vary especially in this uncertain time of Covid so calling to discuss current timelines is recommended.
Vuly – We offer the same current deal and price as is shown on the Vuly website at your time of ordering. We are unable to offer free shipping on Vuly products so best for instant order and collect from Geelong or have us hold the item for you in our warehouse for the duration of a layby for birthday or Christmas.
