Good customer service. Installing the safety net was very difficult though

An upgrade to the perimeter net with the top rail which looks much better than the netting without the top rail. Not sure if they normally come with instructions but it took big effort to install the nets - a 2 person job, with a good bit of strength required An upgrade of the pads and net and looks better than new! Dropped a star because of the lack of instructions only
