Christmas 2026 Trampoline Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Planning a trampoline, swing set, monkey bars, cubby house or other outdoor play equipment for Christmas?

Christmas is one of our busiest times of year, and every family hopes their order arrives before Christmas Day. In 2026, Christmas Day falls on Friday 25 December 2026, meaning Thursday 24 December is the final day for deliveries and pickups before Christmas.

To give your order the best possible chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible and using the dispatch deadlines below as a guide.

Our Recommendation

The dates below represent the latest recommended dispatch dates from our Geelong warehouse.

While we have achieved excellent pre-Christmas delivery results in previous years, these dates are not a guarantee of delivery. They simply provide the best opportunity for your order to arrive before Christmas while allowing for the delays that commonly occur during the Christmas period.

Freight networks become extremely busy in December, and transit times can extend due to increased demand, traffic congestion, weather events and depot backlogs.

If you can arrange delivery earlier than the dates listed below, it will reduce stress for everyone and greatly improve your chances of receiving your order well before Christmas.

Christmas 2026 Dispatch Deadlines

Our Delivery Partners

Mainfreight

Mainfreight generally contacts customers to arrange delivery times. During the Christmas rush, however, delivery schedules can change and phone calls may not always occur as expected.

Direct Freight

Direct Freight typically does not phone before delivery. Where authority to leave has been provided, deliveries are usually left in a safe location such as a garage, carport or sheltered area.

Geelong Express

Geelong Express offers one of the most reliable local delivery services. They can generally provide AM or PM delivery windows and often phone approximately one hour before arrival.

Web and Warehouse Local Deliveries

Many Geelong-area deliveries are completed directly by our team. We will work with you to arrange a suitable delivery day wherever possible.

Authority to Leave

We strongly recommend providing Authority to Leave instructions.

This allows the freight company to safely leave your order if nobody is home and helps avoid re-delivery delays, which can be difficult to arrange during the Christmas period.

Examples include:

• Inside a carport

• Through a side gate

• Beside a garage

• Under a covered outdoor area

Please note that freight company phone wait times during December can exceed one hour if re-delivery needs to be arranged.

Need Somewhere to Hide the Boxes?

Many customers worry about storing large trampoline cartons before Christmas morning.

If hiding the boxes at home is difficult, consider having the order delivered to:

• A family member

• A friend

• A trusted neighbour

• Your workplace

We are happy to assist with alternate delivery addresses where practical.

Arranging Your Own Courier

You are welcome to arrange your own freight collection from our Geelong warehouse.

To ensure a smooth collection, please:

• Obtain carton sizes and weights from the relevant product page

• Advise us of the collection date in advance

• Supply any required shipping labels

• Let us know whether the freight company requires palletised cartons or loose cartons

There is no additional charge for customer-arranged courier collections.

Pickup from Geelong

Need a last-minute Christmas gift?

Our Geelong warehouse is open right up until Christmas Eve.

Pickup available until 3:00pm Thursday 24 December 2026

You can walk in, place an order and collect the same day. During the final few days before Christmas there may be short delays while orders are prepared, but these are typically less than 30 minutes.
