I have had my rebounder now for over 6 weeks & I'm loving it. I recently had spinal surgery, live with fibromyalgia & have arthritis from C1-C7 (neck). My body took a few sessions to get used to the bouncing, but as with anything when it comes to fibromyalgia, in little bursts, for me, I commenced at 1 minute very light, basic bouncing & I was surprised by the rebounders suppleness, there’s no jarring which is perfect for me. As my muscles got used to the bouncing, I discovered the space to conduct star jumps & other exercises, it’s size is forgiving, but light enough to pick up and move around the house should you need too. It is easy to assemble, no springs pinching, but bungy cords which are already attached to the canvas for you, so easy to put together, it was a breeze & shipping was super quick. Very happy with this product, no complaints

Outstanding customer service. Arrived very quickly. Had some issues with a stuck leg and had a replacement within 24 hrs. Phone calls answered immediately. I have never experienced customer service as good as this in my whole life. Congratulations Web and Warehouse
