We arrange delivery the next business day after your payment has been received.
98% of orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment. After we receive your payment you will be notified via e-mail as to when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status.
We can give rough estimates on when an item will be delivered. However, once it is with the courier we have little control over the shipment and it can be subject to delays.
Our couriers don't deliver on public holidays, weekends or after hours.
If you are in Geelong region we often do deliveries ourselves and they can be arranged for after hours and on weekends. Call us to discuss your needs.
We deliver goods via national courier networks; they will need a physical street address for delivery. Because of the oversize/weight of most of our products we, unfortunately, are unable to deliver Trampolines to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. If it is a small item e.g. small qty of springs, or a small jumping mat we can post via Australia Post, but most of our items are oversized for Australia Post delivery.
We ship within Australia only. Contact us if you wish to arrange your own pickup, shipping paperwork and processing to your designated country.
We run a transparent shipping charge system. Each item selected is costed out to your destination based on what the available couriers will charge, giving you a choice of delivery service where available. Calculations are made by postcode prior to purchase.
Delivery Service Options
We use Australia Post and various national couriers for our Australia wide deliveries. National couriers may additionally use other freight management services to coordinate delivery to you especially for some regional areas.
If you are within the metro Melbourne area or some outer areas you have the option of "next day delivery" for large items. Please note that your order can only be delivered the next business day if it is ordered before 4pm that day. Orders after this can't be booked in with the courier and will consequently take an extra business day. If you are within these areas and wish to choose a particular day to have a trampoline delivered, for example, the day of a birthday, please call us to arrange this and we will do our best to help you.
Customer Organised Courier
You can select 'Pick Up From Store' and arrange your own independent courier but the driver must come with paperwork completed or you must have sent us paperwork already completed.
Items will not be sent until the paperwork has been arranged by you or your freight company. You will need to notify us when the item is to be collected and by what freight company.
Items are only released after the item has been paid for in full.
We welcome our customers to come instore order and pick up from our Geelong warehouse on the same day, there is no charge. Please see our Contact page for business hours and contact details.
We also have a third-party logistics company holding our stock in Ingleburn, Sydney and Larapinta, Brisbane. (Orders need to be processed through us a minimum 24 hours before collection or there is a $35 urgent pickup fee. The exact address is supplied after ordering to avoid customers going to order and pay at the depot which isn't an option)
General delivery is charged at a basic rate and for a standard delivery time frame (which is reasonably quick) however if you need something on a more urgent basis by a specific date please contact us to get further options for you prior to purchasing.
As a guide our Trampolines can be expressed overnight to most parts of Australia, however, the cost will be substantially higher e.g. a 14ft trampoline guaranteed overnight to Sydney was $1000! Note: this service does delivery after hours and on weekends. If your order has already left our warehouse it cannot be switched to this service.
We can arrange delivery within 24 hours to most areas of Melbourne and same day to Geelong in many cases.
