Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our company before purchasing.
Trampolines can be difficult to match parts and we do try to give as much information as possible on our website and are happy to look at photos of customers trampolines prior to purchase to assure if our parts will suit or if not how we can help them to fit.
We listen to our customer's concerns and ideas on how to improve.
We take the comments and photos back to our factory and work with them to further improve.
Currently, the quality of our spare parts are of the best you will find in Australia and we do pride ourselves on continuing to improve designs and materials so future purchases for customers, they find the concerns they may have had with the original trampoline are no longer an issue.
Our idea is to not change our overall design but to have quality parts to retrofit most standard designed trampolines.

- The mat sizing calculator was a great help, everything I bought fitted perfectly although the original tramp was a different brand. The kids are stoked to have a virtually new tramp. The quality of the net, mat, and pads far exceeds the original items too. Steve in Canberra

- Web & Warehouse (as well as a lot of other stores ) didn’t have the exact mat I needed for my trampoline but the staff supplied one that with a few modifications to my framework it fitted & worked well thanks; for the extra effort you put in to find me a mat that would work much appreciated.

- Our trampoline is about 4/5 years old and l was a little concerned about purchasing a new net. The company where l original purchased our trampoline from was out of stock of nets, so I decided to shop around. Trampoline Web and Warehouse were extremely helpful, providing me with the actual sizing of the net, to ensure I was purchasing the correct product.
