Fun adult fitness on a big trampoline
Trampolines for young adults are on the rise for use in various fitness activities. Some examples are keeping fit for off-season sports like skiing, or practicing parkour, cheerleading, and dance.
Since we began selling trampolines, we have encountered many adults & grandparents buying trampolines for their children/grandchildren birthdays and Christmas.
A lot of adults and grandparents are buying trampolines to have at their home for something that kids and grandkids can play on to use up energy.
When talking to adults and grandparents about why they are buying a trampoline, sometimes it is that the trampoline isn’t for the kids or grandkids but in fact for themselves!
Why are Adults also into trampolines?
Through the conversation, they have said things like:
- “Why should the kids have all the fun?”
- “I used to enjoy jumping when I was young.”
- "I loved jumping on my kids' trampoline after I hung out the washing.”
- “I get bored with walking or swimming all the time.”
- "Besides it is good, exercise!”
If you choose to stay fit, there isn't a limit to what you can do. It is through staying active and interested in new activities, keeping the brain and body alive that they will be more engaging with your children/grandkids, allowing them to keep an active social life as well.
So to any other adults or grandparents who are thinking or saying "I wish I could have one more jump on a trampoline", you can!
I recently had a 67-year old man buy a 9x14ft trampoline for himself. You can watch him do a flip here: 67 years old and still doing flips April 2016
Staying fit as an adult and using a trampoline to do so is becoming more and more popular. Age doesn't have to limit you!
