Make a claim

To make a warranty claim for any Vuly product you will need to contact Vuly directly.

Please provide them with your original purchase receipt (from either Web and Warehouse or Vuly).

What it Covers

• Manufacturing faults and defects.

What it Doesn't Cover

• Damage through normal wear and tear. Including surface or non-structural rusting and UV deterioration.
• Damage through weather conditions. Including wind and rain.
• Damage through improper installation.
• Damage through insufficient care or maintenance.
• Damage through inappropriate use. Including commercial use and the use of non-Vuly parts.
• Personal injury.
