Needed to replace the pads and net on our 13 year old trampoline. Sent an email asking if a particular pad might be suitable for our tramp. Received an immediate response saying yes it should be but asking me to send through photos so they could be sure. I sent through some photos and straight away received a reply confirming the pads would fit.
I placed the order for the pads and net - next day received a polite call asking about my order - as I had ordered pads for a 12ft and a net for a 14ft (!). I confirmed it was an error and thanked them for checking with me. They changed the order and refunded the overpayment.
Goods were delivered the very next day.
