Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty on parts is 12 months replacement.

• Excludes negligent use of or damage to parts.

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

Please notify us directly of the situation within 5 days of your receipt of the goods, we then have Mr Trampoline contact you directly. All merchandise found to be defective can only be exchanged for the same item. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
