Christmas is a jolly time to remind your loved ones that you're thinking of them. But as it's such a busy time of year, we recommend ordering your Christmas gifts as early as possible. Below dates are a guide, see important notes below.

DELIVERY NOTES
No courier guarantees delivery by Christmas, so we have listed the above dates based on what we see being currently achieved.
Normal delivery timelines can vary at Christmas and extra days are needed to allow for the backlog and delays caused
by increased demand and traffic.
We do strongly recommend that if you can have your trampoline sent earlier than these dates specified, it will save you and us anxiety; about you not receiving it in time.
So, use this as a guide, we will do
our best to help achieve this, e.g. prompt orders processing, courier bookings, follow up with warehouses etc.
* Mainfreight's official deadline for Christmas home delivery dates have already expired (28th November), however we are still seeing
deliveries going through OK.
Brisbane and Sydney warehouses charge a $35 urgent fee, if processing quicker than stated is required.
Geelong and Melbourne deliveries are still being achieved by the next business day.
Between Christmas and
New Years a lot of couriers are closed.

PICKUP NOTES
Normal pick up service from all warehouses is at no extra charge (free).
The Geelong warehouse is managed by Web and Warehouse so is able to provide very prompt processing of orders and pickups.
Brisbane and Sydney warehouses are managed on
our behalf by Mainfreight Logistics, please allow extra time for processing.
Brisbane and Sydney warehouses charge a $35 urgent fee, if processing quicker than stated is required.
Please follow up warehouse safety protocols e.g. no children
outside of vehicles, solid footwear etc.
Please come with the right vehicle, this means the vehicle or trailer must have the required accessible space.
Please come equipped with load restraints e.g. tie down straps if loading onto a trailer.
