Web and Warehouse Hacked – We Need Your Help!
It’s such a nasty violation when you find out you’ve been hacked on Facebook.
First, it was my personal Facebook account, but that then gave way for access to the business accounts. The hackers went deep and racked up a huge credit card debt to boot as well (luckily, we got most of it back).
Time is taken in liaising with banks, police reports, insurance has been a huge inconvenience, not to mention the loss of the history of posts, reviews, valuable comments, the strong following of customers, and interested prospective customers.
This hurts us very deeply as our business has always revolved around supporting the customers and families.
A social media presence is so important these days for businesses. Potential customers want to see social proof of happy customers using the products and their comments and reviews, before making the decision to purchase their own trampoline.
We have been gentle and authentic in increasing our social profile, building both our business name of Web and Warehouse and our brand GeeTramp together on both Facebook and Instagram over almost 10 years.
The community following us and especially the kids of various sporting interests such as Gymnastics, Cheer, Diving, Parkour, etc have been so supportive in sharing their posts and tagging us that I’m confident we will return strongly on Instagram.
We have now established new Facebook accounts for Web & Warehouse and GeeTramp. As the old accounts are although no longer visible due to being archived, we are unable to have our own original Facebook pages.
Facebook is mainly used by our adult customers and this is where we ask that you please take the time to click on the link below to like our Facebook page and if you can, please leave a product review too it will be hugely appreciated.
If you know your kids have been actively following us, then please give them our Socials to follow so we can continue to repost kids' posts and leave comments and like what they achieve.

PS. We hear many customers will say that they asked their family and friends on Facebook where they should buy a trampoline from, and often the resounding positive feedback to them is to get a GeeTramp from Web and Warehouse.
