We got our kids Lifespan Hyperjump4 10ft in December 2024. We wanted to trial it for few weeks before leaving a review. Julie and her team has been fantastic to work with, they offerlay by and deliveries to local area. They are very patient and helpful. Can't fault them at all. I hope if we do have any hiccups in future they would be able to service us with same ease. With regards to Trampoline itself, you need man power and enough hours to set up. It is not as easy as Vuly or similar. The rope to tie up the net around did not have enough length. We did contact Web and warehouse and were advised to go to any local shops to buy similar rope, which we did. It took two of us almost 6-8 hours to finish up as we had our 2 X kids around and needed few short breaks. Instructions are not super clear, so read thoroughly before you begin and choose a day when the store is open so you contact them if you get stuck. It has a great bounce and has been fun so far. Our kids are 4 and 2.
