Christmas is about kids, our sales girls are about the kids.
Knowing families find it difficult to co-ordinate shopping time together at Christmas, we make sure we give you as much time as possible to research, phone us, email, and to visit our display with or without your kids. Every Christmas season our sales girls are aware of the importance of surprises and the magic of what Christmas is for families of little kids especially. You will find us all as discreet as you need us to be and allow your family to just "play in our trampoline park" with no sales chats at all, or we can chat to your kids about what Santa will want to know about the trampoline when they write their letter to him.
Or if you need us to chat with one parent at a time, while the other parent sits in the car with the kids around the corner out of sight, we'll do that too. Our team of girls gets excited about helping families with the magic of Christmas so with a quick couple of clues we're in and on your team!
Australias Largest Trampoline Display
Our only trampoline display is in Geelong; Victoria, but the advantage of us being open 6 days a week is valuable for people living anywhere in both Australia or New Zealand as we can answer questions promptly via phone, email, facebook messenger, online tawk, or DM on Instagram.
Being open on a Saturday allows for families who are up for a drive and even stay overnight in Geelong, visit us, test and then if they are prepared with a trailer or vehicle (with not too many people in it); we can load them up with their choice of trampoline and give them additional assembly tips too.
All year we have families come from the Western district, Ballarat, Melbourne, and often from Mornington Peninsula. Less frequently we have family's road trip from all around the Victoria and often from just outside the border. The furthest travelers to date have come from Adelaide, Sydney and recently, a family came to us all the way from Gold Coast with our display as their primary destination! Why do people travel so far to buy a trampoline?
There is more to choosing the right trampoline than most realize -

A frustrating situation for many families is to find out the hard way that the biggest and most expensive is rarely the right trampoline. Or within days the cheap online or department store trampoline is in need of a new net or mat but one can't be sourced and the whole construction has to go to landfill. We are all about ethical selling. Never overselling. We want kids to love and to use their trampoline now and long into the future. Kids recommend us a lot. We have become the "kids choice" of a trampoline. It is the result of having a display with 20 trampolines round and rectangle set up with different mat and spring combinations that we can use all the knowledge and experience we have to inform you accurately with what your kids will want, and love to use.
I don't want my kids to know they are getting a trampoline
The trampoline display is used to excess through school holidays and weekends leading into Christmas. This means there are almost always kids jumping. Which can be an advantage to parents who don't want their kids to see or know they are getting a trampoline. Watching kids that are even a little older or younger than your own and chatting to one of our sales girls you will be able to make a very informed decision on which trampoline will be right for your family. Many families with little kids will come in and we pretend the display is a trampoline play park. We leave everyone alone and mum or dad can call us when they are ready.
Geelong is too far for me to visit.
This is understandable given the size of Australia and even a trip from Melbourne with family schedules, traffic and budget can be too much. It isn't necessary for you to visit us for you to have confidence in knowing you have bought the right size trampoline. From our display here in Geelong over our 10 years we have seen thousands of kids bouncing and jumping to be able to best guide you and advise you. Often we hear from people who have a trampoline and the kids don't like the bounce on it, or the size or the shape or bluntly want the same as what their friends have. We give open honest feedback to you on the pros and cons after asking a few questions about your kids, the available space and budget. We are not out to sell the biggest and most expensive trampoline; we want your family to have the right size and shape for them and how they use the trampoline so they will use it and love it.
Why don't you have a display in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane or Auckland?
This is a question we do get asked a lot. The challenges and expenses involved in setting up a display and warehouse as we have it here in Geelong in various capital cities is just not viable for us. We aim to keep our prices as low as we can for families, our margins just don't allow for resellers or duplicating what we have. We keep a close ear and eye on all communication with our customers from our sales team and can ensure consistency across the team a lot easier than it would be if left to resellers or casual staff.

How soon after ordering online can we expect delivery in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide?
- Delivery rates are heavily discounted to our capital cities and even FREE delivery to some postcodes with certain trampolines. There is a delivery calculator on each product page so have a play around with some options.
- Delivery times to each of the capital cities from Geelong is approximately 2-4 business days from day of ordering
