Rectangle Trampoline Net Finder

Read before ordering a new replacement Rectangle Trampoline Net

  • GeeTramp/Web and Warehouse rectangle trampoline nets are quite specific to our trampolines. Occasionally we find that we can assist a customer with alternate brand models eg Leapfrog, Kahuna, Lifespan and others for a suitable replacement net; but not often.
  • Over time GeeTramp trampolines have evolved and for each trampoline size available there is now a couple of net options for the corresponding models.
  • To help you identify which one you have we have developed a "Net Finder" where you can use the drop down options to guide you through.
  • This article is about answering the key questions we get in regards to why you should use it, and why it may not work for you.

  • Great to know - even better if, you have in front of you, a copy of the original invoice from time of purchase or know what size the trampoline is that you have; then you can proceed to use the Net Finder.
  • Note - Continue reading if you have inherited or aquired the trampoline secondhand.

I don't have a GeeTramp / Web and Warehouse Trampoline

  • The first obvious criteria; our nets will only suit alternate brands rectangle trampolines if the legs are angled diagonally across each corner; they do not fit or suit, if the leg supports are running parallel under the trampoline. (see photo to left)

When using the Net Finder

Selecting a brand

  • If you know you have a GeeTramp or Web and Warehouse Trampoline; meaning you bought it direct from our website or warehouse, then choose the first option.
  • Take special note - If you purchased your trampoline second hand and it has GeeTramp or  Web and Warehouse logo on the padding. Caution - you may have a trampoline of any brand. The easiest part of a trampoline to retro fit is the padding. We have had customers caught out; thinking they had inherited or bought a second-hand GeeTramp. Only to be confused why they could not get the “net finder” to match a suitable net for them; only to learn GeeTramp padding, had been fitted to an alternative brand frame. Unfortunately they are then upable to purchase a net through us.
  • The leg position or fittings is what determines which net will suit, not just the size of the frame.

Select Frame Size

  • Unless you have a copy of your purchase invoice handy you will be best to measure your trampoline frame.
  • When measuring a rectangle trampoline the best location is to go between the first and second spring on the length and width of your frame.
  • Taking the measurement from outside edge of frame to outside edge of frame at the opposite end of the trampoline on both length and width between the first 2 springs.
  • Note - Taking a measurement across the middle can skew the size especially if the mat is not on the frame.
  • Imperial measurements are used as a nominal size for trampolines; each brand does have a slight variant when looking at converting from metric to imperial. So, go with choosing the closest frame size option available.

Select upper net style

  • Our trampolines began with a non-upper net style, and more recently they have been upgraded with a strong upper net rail, supporting the top of the net. The purpose is for a consistent height, to meet  Australian standards certification. It's also designed to prevent kids being able to pull on the netting which would result in a torn net beside the pole.
  • The non upper net style has a scalloped look to it, the new style does look overall a lot neater.
  • It is possible in some cases to upgrade your trampoline to an upper net style, by purchasing a full net assembly; with new poles, foams and fittings included with the net.
  • If there is still more than one match for your trampoline; it will mean that you will have to do a little more measuring. For this we are sorry. We didn’t know we were going to make so many changes when you purchased.
  • You may need to measure the height of your net from the frame to top of the net pole and also from the middle of your leg tubes on the long and short sides of the trampoline. There is a little flexi range on these measurements but not much so please don’t guess.

Before you order…

  • Before placing your order for your new net for your GeeTramp / Web and Warehouse trampoline please take a moment to check the condition of poles, pole foams, clamps and caps at the same time you may need new ones. (Note 2 foams per pole)

Other Alternate Brand Variances To Be Aware Of Before Ordering

  • It can be difficult to find a matching part due to most department stores - Kmart, Target, BigW, and sports stores not offering spare parts for their trampolines. It may mean buying a full net assembly with poles but it will save the rest of the trampoline from landfill.
  • If you have an alternate brand to GeeTramp and require some clamps or foams take a measurement of the diameter of the net pole so you can order the foams and clamps with confidence too.
  • An inside or outside net?– ours are all outside nets – but can fit on many trampolines that have had an inside net when the original supplier doesn't offer spare parts.
  • Straight or curved poles - Straight is the same as ours but if curved then you will need to buy a full net assembly; if ours is the only compatible retrofitting option you can find.
  • Rectangle trampoline safety nets. net only or with poles clamps and foams
  • Trampoline net enclosure hardware - poles, clamps, foams

If you have any more questions, please just ask If you have one of our trampolines second hand particularly a rectangle one then best to call us to guide you with what to check for the upper net rail options. – call 03 52921100
